Pennant Love-DIY Friday

Guess what? More pennants! Today's DIY Friday features some beautiful pennant tutorials using pennant big and small made out of paper and fabric. Next week I'll have my own little tutorial on cute cupcake ribbon pennants. In the meantime, I've featured a great little paper one.

    Another great round up. I can't wait for your tutorial. Pennants can come in all sizes, shapes, and materials so I'm eager to see what you have up your sleeve.
