What I missed about England most

I studied for a semester in London while I was in college. It was an amazing experience and I got to meet Leonardo DiCaprio's wax figure. Actually I did meet Casey Affleck and sat front row for a play with him and Matt Damon. Oooo! Anyway, one of the things I missed most besides the celebrity sightings (wax or not) was Topshop! I was so excited to go downtown Chicago and see Topshop! All my dreams have come true.

I loved their make-up. They had the coolest ombré eyeshadows, before ombré was even cool. Unfortunately, they don't seem to have those anymore, or at least not in America. Oh they also had candy bins at the one in London. I used to get the cherry gummies before they were here. They also had sugar-free gummies that we were so excited about, but they gave us stomach pains so we stopped eating them. Here's some of the rad stuff at Topshop:

  2. Yes, great picks from Top Shop! I looooove Chicago. We visit there often because my husband grew up in Naperville. Love it! Thanks for the comment and I'm looking forward to reading more of your lovely blog!

  4. Thanks everybody! Yeah Topshop is awesome! It's very 80's right now, which I'm not so into, but they still have some cool stuff. Elizabeth-my mom lives right outside of Naperville, nice town!

  7. I think the clamshell purse is fantastic. I can see it paired with a beaded dress or top for a 1920's vibe. Love it!

  8. Maybe if I'm a flapper for Halloween again this year, I can justify this purchase. :-P
