Don't worry about me, I'm still here!

Oh I feel so far and distant from the blogging world. As I've told you, I've got a craft show coming up in less than a month now! And all my spare time is spent making jewelry. I work all day and then come home and work some more. I'm a little exhausted, but what is really helping is getting up at 6am to go jogging. As bizarre as that may sound...

I can't wait to get a little free time so I can catch up on everyone's wonderful blogs! For now I just wanted to say hi and let you know I'm still here! I'll be back as soon as I can. As for now, here's a run down of what I've been up to:

Daily Mail: This is my new favorite news/gossip site. There is so much information and the most bizarre and interesting stories.

• Oh and speaking of if you haven't read the articles from the marvelous Samantha Brick, it's a must! This is just gold.

• I chipped my front tooth. Yes, right in front. While eating salad.

• Target has some easy flavor packets for mixing frosting like Cherry Vanilla and Bubble Gum (yuck!). These frosting colors make me want to bake cupcakes just so I can look at them.

•I also bought these sandals at Target in Cobalt. That is my new favorite color. I'm obsessed with sandals with a backing. They are the most comfortable sandals ever. I now have 3 different pairs and I think I need more colors.

Have a great weekend everyone! Talk to you soon.

  1. I have been wanting to start running at six so I can get it out of the way before our daughter wakes up. I really need to start, considering it's finally nice outside. Oh, I've just discovered the Daily Mail, too. Sometimes I feel like I'm reading a tabloid, but it's just too good! : ) I hope you have an amazing weekend!

    1. It's sooo hard Stephanie, but I feel so good afterwards! It's completely changes the way my day goes and it's nice to have a workout done so early and not have to think about having to do it later.

I'm so excited you read it too! I was very suspicious about their stories at first, but then I found them at other news outlets. They're just so sensational! I hope you read Samantha Brick. She's a kook!

  2. You go girl! I'm a walker and some of my best meditation and ideas come during a long walk or the shower afterwards. Good luck on the upcoming show!

  3. I chipped front my front tooth... on NYE... with a champagne bottle. It was bad. Luckily I got into a dentist and had it fixed within a couple days of chipping it.

    I love those sandals!

    1. Thanks! I still haven't worn them yet. I'm now finding they don't quite go with everything!

  4. Oh, no! A chipped tooth. I hope it's not too bad. Chipped mine drinking from a beer bottle...

Good to hear that jogging in the morning helps you keep going with being busy with work and your upcoming craft show. I've started getting up at 6am this week too, not going jogging though, but to get some work (blog, freelance stuff etc.) done. In the evening after a day of work at the office I'm usually too tired to motivate myself to get anything done...

    Happy weekend!

    1. It's not terribly bad. It basically chipped off from the front of the tooth instead of the bottom so it's not too noticeable.

I understand that. I'm usually too tired after work to do anything productive, but now I'm just running on adrenaline!

  5. How in the world does a girl chip her tooth on a salad? That's some tough lettuce! ;)
Hang in there; bet you'll have a great time at the craft show!

  7. Getting up and running at 6:00 am? I think that's amazing! I totally get why you're doing it and why it's making you feel good in this hectic time. All your hard work will pay off real soon. Sending you lots of energy for your upcoming craft show. Knock 'em dead. And, don't worry about blogging...It will all be here when you get back.
PS~Sorry to hear about your tooth. :(

  9. Sweet Posy and Amber-I know, it's crazy! I bit into the fork really hard while eating the salad. And I bit it the wrong way. I'm not quite sure what went down, it all happened so fast. :-P
